PROJECT OVERVIEW
Laura Hampson is an award‑winning coach, mediator and trainer specialising in resilience, wellbeing and leadership.
With a Psychology and Law degree and an ILM Level‑5 diploma, she empowers individuals—especially medical and school leaders—to overcome adversity, improve communication, manage conflict and thrive in high‑pressure environments.
THE BRIEF
Laura came to me excited and ready to finally update her brand imagery.
She wanted photographs that showed her in action—delivering group training, working one-to-one with clients, and being her authentic self.
The goal? To have a versatile set of images that truly reflected the heart of her work.
THE SOLUTION
We planned Laura’s shoot around a real-life training event she was leading, giving us a brilliant opportunity to capture her in a natural, group training environment.
We then made the most of the venue’s quiet spaces and beautiful surroundings to create relaxed one-to-one consultation scenes and warm, approachable portraits.
A few days earlier, we met to capture Laura in her element—running outdoors—bringing in a personal touch that rounds out her story.
THE RESULTS
Laura received a gallery of brand images that feel true to her and the work she does.
The photos now support her across her website, social media and marketing materials—showing her as calm, capable and connected.
Most importantly, she loved them.
